As a luxury travel agency based in Cape Town, we are more than travel designers and lifestyle managers. We are the people who notice what others overlook, who ask the questions most forget to ask, and who understand that the difference between a good journey and an extraordinary one almost always lives in the details nobody sees. We craft travel that is as seamless as it is considered, as personal as it is precise. Meet the Joneses

They have watched storms roll across the Maasai Mara as the great migration moved beneath them, cycled among the ruins of Angkor as saffron-robed monks chanted in the morning light, and meandered through the backstreets of Madrid long after they should have been asleep. More importantly, they remember exactly how each of those moments felt, and they’ve spent the better part of two decades making sure their clients feel something similar.

Lance and David founded Mr and Mr Jones in 2012, drawing on careers shaped by luxury hospitality, global events, and corporate travel at the highest level. What came next was an education of a different kind: years of full-time travel across continents, gathering insight not from itineraries but from experience. From the tucked-away Lisbon wine bar that doesn’t take reservations, to the camp guide who reads the bush like a second language, to the ancient towns that trace the echoes of old trade routes and the stories of discovery they still carry.

Now based in Cape Town, a city that suits them well, they continue to design journeys with the same quiet conviction: that the best travel is deeply personal, immaculately considered, and always, unmistakably, yours.

Based in Cape Town, where cultures converge and the light falls differently than anywhere else on earth, our perspective is both deeply personal and inherently global. For over a decade we have been designing journeys that reflect not just where our clients want to go, but how they want to feel when they get there. We are guided by a belief in inclusivity, curiosity, and the idea that true luxury lies in feeling entirely at ease, wherever in the world you happen to be. We blend the timeless with the contemporary, the storied with the undiscovered, always in service of the traveller the journey is created for. Because for us, travel is not simply a way of getting somewhere. It is a way of seeing, of connecting, and of finding the extraordinary in the everyday.
